In accordance with the Senate Board Decision (Summer School) of our University Senate dated 12.06.2024 and numbered 12/05, you must complete your registration by taking into account the important issues stated below.   

1.    Students of our faculty can take a maximum of 3 (three) courses from all Public Universities in Turkey, including the upper semesters (CGPA must be at least 3.50 to take courses from the Upper Semester).

2.  Before registering to the Summer School, the approval of the Department Head and the approval of the Dean of our Faculty are required.  Otherwise, the courses you took in summer school will be considered invalid.    

3.   Our students will completely fill out the summer school petition in the information-document section on the website of our faculty of sports sciences and send it by e-mail to the corporate address of the faculty members in charge of the specified department (@aksaray.edu.tr).

4. Our students are required to obtain the course content of each course they want to take in the summer school from the university(s) where they will attend the summer school and from the Aksaray University Bologna Information Package and add it to their petition.

5.  If the student wants to change the course or courses he/she wants to take, he/she must apply to the Department Head again with a petition showing the course changes (cancelled and added courses).

You are kindly requested to plan the Summer School application process, taking into account that your applications will be evaluated within one week at the earliest.

​Note: Course contents will be provided from Aksaray University Bologna Information Package and the Bologna Information Package of the University where courses will be taken in the Summer School.
